Most of the Japanese Tourists( Female)may be Lesbian? Japan has a lot of lesbians( Closeted of course) AND many Lesbians from Japan like to go out of japan because they feel they have no freedom in japan.
Then, does that mean that If we foreigners meet Japanese ladies in our homeland( I'm from america), that they are very likely to be lesbians ?? ANd many times they may hide it because they still want American friends of any sex? | | No thats stereotype | Is this japanese girl I like lesbian? I don't know. There's this one chick I like but I'm unsure if she's lesbian or not.
The first sign i saw was when I asked for her myspace. She was like "Oh here's my myspace... (Writes down) but my picture looks weird cause i look like a guy"
Next is when I saw her myspace. There's this thing called AX (for those of you who don't know) when Anime Fans come together and cosplay as the character they like. I saw her cosplays of L and a typical japanese schoolboy.
Here's an excerpt from her myspace:
"Sex: Boy born in the body of a girl who looks like a guy being a girl.
Status : I’m single, so we can go into a dark alley where I can stick my big, thick- JK, I’ve always been single…I wonder why?"
But I'm still doubting that. I've been in situation before. A girl CLAIMED she was a lesbian but actually really wasn't and had a crush on me. But that was a few years ago, now I'm a high school junior.
She's really cute and all... and i'm already getting to know her. | It doesn't seem like she's a lesbian so much as she's transgendered. Basically, she's only a girl in body. In her mind, though, she's a boy. Or both. Or neither. It can get complicated. But I wouldn't call her a lesbian per say. She might be bi. Or might like girls and consider herself straight, because she's a man inside. Or she might like guys and be straight or even consider herself gay. It all depends on the person.
But yeah, transgendered people can get confusing. I, personally, think it's kinda hot, but there are others who can get intimidated or freaked out by the idea. I suggest talking to her about it, because there are honestly no real clear "symptoms". Some transgendered people are very good at remaining undercover and some non-transgendered people just like acting like the opposite gender.
Edit: Also, about AX, it's incredibly common for girls to "crossplay" or dress up as a male character at anime conventions. It honestly doesn't mean anything. However, if she classifies as an "otaku" (super obsessed anime fan), the odds are probably a little higher that she's transgender, bi, or lesbian. About 99% of all otaku I know are gay, bi or bi-curious, lesbian, or transgendered, and most of the rest are straight people who accept them. But it's honestly a little more complicated than that. I think you should just ask her. Well, as long as you're the accepting sort. If not, then drop it. | Is this japanese girl i like lesbian? I don't know. She's really cute and all... and i'm already getting to know her. | | I think this girl is lesbian or just like pretty boys. | Is Japan the most gay/lesbian country in the world and are most Japanese gay but just hide it? Japan is the most sexed country, we know that. With all it's porn and stuff.
Ok i was seeing some documentary yesterday about Japan and they were talking about Men going for Lovedolls cause women prefer to be with women.
They showed also about how Japan has
Boy Love comics, Tarazuka theatre which is really popular. There were some interviews with those tarazuka actresses and they said "i wish i can be a man in my next life". The wfeminine women who go to watch those shows were saying things like "Those tarazuka actresses are the perfect males, i would like to be in love with one" "they are better than real men".
Then, they talked about Onabes too. And girls want onabes more than man. And onabes with beard and being hosts to a bunch of girls who love them.
Then there was a club for guys who could go there and do "Air sex" , they mentioned something about how they do it cause there is no women for them anymore.
Japan women do seem to want women instead of men. | Wow...that is an interesting concept?!??
I thought Netherlands was the most gay-oriented...followed by Canada. | Are japanese people really easy to convince to do dirty stuff together, as seen in NANpa? I've seen some adult dvds from japan, but also i've seen other nonsex documentaries or reports ini news where some sex people go out in the streets and try to get girls to do something.. and it seems japanese people are very easily convinced to do things..like have sex.. or have lesbian sex . Mostly GIrls... the ones that are shy and giggle. Can anyone explain to me why? Is it that they have a very weak personality. But it's not just being shy. I'm shy and i don't get convinced by anyone. peer pressure never beats me..but why these people | Does the porn video in your country represent whole citizens? I don't think so.
It is the same. But basically Japanese are open for sex matter.
Of course between bf and gf, or in the couples.
Those videos are just videos. TV is TV. Don't mix with ordinaly ppl.
If it is real, the numbers of HIV in Japan will be like the one in China. | I had sex with this lesbian prob. about 8 times. ? i only talk to this girl whenever i want some booty and i have never really talked to her before.
she told me she has bad nightmares and i responded i never have nightmares. then she said. well i have nightmares and weird dreams all the time. so i said. what kind of weird dreams. then she said "I had a dream I was a korean man" then starting talking about it.
this girls in college and she's real into anime and tries to speak japanese. is she crazy??? | | Who are you to call anybody crazy when you sleep around with people you can't even talk to? | A song about women who doesn't make sex without being truly loved? It doesn't matter if it's a lesbian , gospel , or japanese or chinese song, just send the lyrics and the translation(if it's not in english but is not necessarily!! | "Cherish" by Madonna
"Like a Virgin" by Madonna | Why gay? Why lesbian? Throughout history groups of people have been discriminated against. Woman, African Americans, Koreans, Japanese, scientists, theists, atheists, the list goes on and on. What it comes down to is that no one likes to be classified with social titles that restrict their freedoms. No one like to be associated with terms that contain negative connotations that restrict them from simply "being".
Ultimately, the way to rid people from prejudice and discrimination is to allow them to be who they naturally are. With that said, how come we still use these terms like "gay" and "lesbian"? Why is that a "gay" outfit? Why is that a "gay" movie? Why is a man kissing a man "gay"? Why is a woman kissing a woman "gay"? Why don't heterosexual women/men do things as "straight" women/men? Why is a heterosexual Hollywood sex scene exactly that, a sex scene, while if it was between the same gender it would be "gay" (with all of the negative connotations: nasty, unconventional, sinful [ironically], etc.) I understand many view homosexual sex scenes as "unconventional", but that is my point. The discrimination will persist until the terms gay/lesbian, along with their negative connotations, are gone.
There is a major difference between someone who is homosexual, meaning one who has sex with the same gender, and someone who "messes" with the same sex or has tendencies to take on the opposite gender in society (men/woman in drag, women doing "men's work" such as construction, men hugging each other, etc.)
Do you think society will ever trash these discriminatory terms? | wow, extremely well put and thought out.
no, I don't think society ever will. there will always be a majority that has to, by any means necessary, feel superior to another. that's why we still have racist words, sexist works, religious words, etc....they never really die, just people receive public shame for using them.
i believe the shame aspect should be reintroduced into our society. it would put personal responsibility back on to the individual, and not given them credence to hide behind a religion or other type of organization that insists on using hatred as their motivation. and hopefully, in time, these words will melt away........
funny enough though, i saw an episode of South Park where the people had reclaimed and redefined the word "f@g". i think something of this nature should occur. | Do conservatives have any intelligent arguments against same-sex marriages? So far they have said:
It would degrade regular marriages!
If Brad Pitt’s carrying on and Bill Clinton porking Monica doesn’t degrade my marriage, neither will two lesbians getting married in Massachusetts. I can degrade my marriage and my wife can degrade my marriage. No one else can touch it. Make cheating on your spouse a federal crime, if marriage is so important.
If we let them marry, what’s to prevent people from marrying guyren, dogs, cars?
Laws, stupid. We managed to let Negroes vote without letting guyren, dogs and cars vote. Inter-racial marriage was illegal in California until 1951. Society didn’t crumble when that particular law evaporated.
But the Voice of the People has spoken! We passed a proposition banning it in our state!
Fine. Let’s pass some more, putting the Japanese-Americans back in the relocation camps and segregating the schools again. Civil rights for the majority was never an issue. A just society protects the minorities, too. | Let's break down a few of their arguments. the 'historical' tradition of marriage has been MANY different things- depending on where you come from. For some- it was the transfer of wealth\power along ancestral lineage. For others, it was a way to move the burden of too many mouths to feed along to someone else. Be it a transaction or for love- it hasn't ALWAYS been the way it is CURRENTLY viewed.
For instance:
"In Western societies, marriage has traditionally been understood as a monogamous union, while in other parts of the world polygamy has been a common form of marriage. Usually this has taken the form of polygyny (a man having several wives) but a very few societies have permitted polyandry (a woman having several husbands)."
Hmmm- can anyone say 'Utah'? Sure, few Mormons practice it, and the offficial church is against it, but it still goes on and used to be even more common.
I am FOR gay marriage: let EVERY HUMAN COUPLE have the right to transfer wealth to their partner, receive tax benefits, and make legal decisions for themselves as a joint partnership. HOW DOES THAT RUIN MARRIAGE? | People keep calling me a lesbian 0.o? but I really don't think I am, and I'm not bi!
okay so, I've had sex/oral with the same amount of girls as guys, and I loved it with the girls, I had a girlfriend for a while (never had a boyfriend though)
I find women very attractive and only find very feminine looking men attractive, like Thai 'ladyboys' or Japanese Visual Kei.
Oh and I love it when men wear womens clothes, like drag queens too.
I know it sounds like I am, but I just don't feel the same way with women when I do with men;
I get aroused (hehe aroused) when I do things with women, but I get "butterflys" with men.
- and I don't "crush" on women at all.
so I don't see myself as bi, because I will never love a woman...
am I atleast right in thinking this?
or am I in denial and everyone is right in saying I am bi/lesbian?
(I really don't have problems with homosexuals, don't worry, I just really think I'm straight)
awh man I'm so confused!!
HELP
:'( | Sexual orientation is about who you're sexually attracted to, not who you can fall in love with. If a straight person never falls in love, does that mean he's any less straight? Since you appear to be sexually attracted to both men and women, most people are going to see you as bi.
How you choose to see yourself is what really counts though, and is entirely up to you. These are just arbitrary labels, so why does it even matter anyway? Don't get hung up on it and just be yourself - that's my advice. |
